The Personnel Committee meets once a month, or as needed, and consists of three members of Council as well as the President. Barbara Nicholas, the Chair, Paige Trice and Carl Lewis are the committee members. The committee works with the Manager and the Borough Solicitor to address any personnel issues such as hiring, firing, disciplinary issues and grievances. This committee, like the other Council committees, is not open to the public.
