The Public Safety Committee meets once a month, or as needed, and consists of three members of Council as well as the President. Carl Lewis, the Chair, Barbara Nicholas and Jason Cohn are the committee members. The committee works with the Manager and the Police and Fire Chiefs to address any issues that affect the safety of the residents, including making sure that the Police, Fire and Code departments coordinate their efforts to make the Borough as safe as possible.
