Zoning Hearing Board – Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Borough of Wilkinsburg Zoning Hearing Board on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Borough Building located at 605 Ross Avenue, Wilkinsburg, PA 15221, to consider the following application:

ZHB 9-17-26: Applicant, IM Pittsburgh, LLC, seeks variances from Section 260-314 and Table 7 of the Wilkinsburg Zoning Ordinance for property located at 900 Brinton Road, Wilkinsburg, PA 15221, Block and Lot No. 233-R-210. The Applicant is seeking relief from the required twenty-foot (20’) minimum rear setback to allow for the placement of two (2) additional generators associated with an existing data center use on the property. The subject property is located in the C-1 Auto-Oriented Commercial Zoning District.

Those residents and taxpayers of the Borough and/or those who otherwise have legal standing will be permitted to provide testimony and evidence at the hearing.

Information regarding this application can be viewed in the Wilkinsburg Code Enforcement Office, 605 Ross Avenue, Wilkinsburg, PA 15221, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
