Please be advised that the Borough Building will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 26, 2026, due to the snow weather event we are experiencing.

Please also be advised that trash services for tomorrow, Monday, January 26, 2026 will not run. This week’s garbage collection will operate on a modified schedule due to the snow weather event.

**ATTENTION**: The Borough Finance Department is closed today due to construction work being performed in their department’s offices.

In observance of Veteran’s Day, this November 11, 2025, the Borough’s Administrative, Library, & Public Works Departments will be closed.

Normal hours of operation will resume the following Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

Please be advised that, while the Borough of Wilkinsburg Borough Municipal Building will be closed in observance of the holiday, trash pick-up is scheduled for a regular day tomorrow, November 11, 2025. Trash will be picked up on the holiday.

Recycling services, however, will resume Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Recycling will not be picked up on the holiday.

Please be advised that the Public Safety Meeting scheduled for November 13, 2025 will take place in the Admin. Conference Room. Note also that this change only applies to this occurrence, as there was a scheduling conflict for Council Chambers.
