An immensely helpful Facebook group called Getting Pittsburgh Vaccinated.  The site is a robust information hub with everything you need to know about getting a vaccine shot in the Pittsburgh region, from sharing tips to posting when new opportunities arise to getting volunteers to help others who are struggling (and there are plenty).

UPMC has an on-line sign up process at https://Vaccine.UPMC.com
If guidance for the sign-up process is needed, a phone number is listed on the site and will be answered by contact center staff. The contact center team is answering seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. This registration does not immediately create an appointment — it serves to allow them to plan and inform about an eventual appointment.
AHN communicates through their “My Chart” electronic system and can be signed up for at https://mychart.ahn.org/
People who are registered successfully for mychart will be notified when a vaccine becomes available for them.
