Veterans Day – Wilkinsburg Borough Closed
The City of Pittsburgh will be collecting trash on VETERANS DAY.
Because Wilkinsburg is observing the holiday, there will be NO RECYCLING PICKED UP ON FRIDAY – it will be picked up on Saturday. There will also be NO street cleaning.
Also, Saturday, November 12 is YARD WASTE DAY for Wilkinsburg and Pittsburgh – please bundle branches, bag leaves and place at the curb – trucks will be around to pick up. You can call 412/ 244-2959 to ensure your yard waste is picked up.
