Proposed Ordinances

The Borough of Wilkinsburg proposes several new ordinances for public review. The ordinances are as
follows:

Ordinance 25-009, establishing a Wilkinsburg Fire Safety Program and adopting the 2024 International Fire Prevention Code;
Ordinance 25-010, amending Chapter 108-1, Definitions, regarding fire alarm systems;
Ordinance 25-011, naming Code Enforcement Director as responsible for assigning building numbers;
Ordinance 25-012, repealing in their entirety Chapters 121, 125, 141, and 178 of the Borough code because of conflicts with the International Property Maintenance Code.
